License Agreement for Jouner App

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User") and Jouner App ("PITAMBRA AR PRIVATE LIMITED") that governs your use of the Jouner App website, mobile application, and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

Jouner App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Jouner App Services, including but not limited to software, design, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Jouner App or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Termination

Jouner App reserves the right to terminate this license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services and delete any copies of JournerApp software in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jouner App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Updates and Modifications

Jouner App may update or modify the Services and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [India/Bihar]821115.
