Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Returns:  Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. 
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery. If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping cost be Rs. 100
• Damage Report: Report us within 24 hours if you got any defective, incorrect or damage product.
